Mounting & Balancing

Mounting & Balancing

Tire replacement procedure (performed by specialists) includes all the fitting and removing of the rim, the removal and installation of the tire, the brushing of the surfaces, the balance adjustment, the front alignment control, the valve replacement and finally the inflation of the tire at the correct air pressure.

The purpose of the balancing is to ensure driving safety and comfort by keeping the tires in balance. During the balance adjustment, the weight of both sides of the tire is equalized. In this way, vibrations and uneven wear of the tire is prevented, good handling and driving comfort are provided. Depending on the mileage and difficult ground conditions, tires get disrupted in their balance and stance due to reasons such as blows and impact on the pavement. The frequency of use of your vehicle is also a criterion that affects balance of your tires. Although the balancing may vary depending on driving conditions, we recommend balancing at least once a year or every 5,000 kilometers for a vehicle used in the city. We invite you to adjustment your tire balance (free of charge).

Why balancing is important?
Tires are the only parts of your vehicle that touches the ground. For a safe journey balancing is very important. With balancing the weight of the wheel is evenly distributed around the axis and eliminates vibrations, ensures more comfortable and safe driving. In addition to the uneven wear of the tires, balancing prevents suspension, steering components and vehicle bearings.
