In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law No. 6698”), your personal data may be processed by Lastikburada Lastik Ticaret A.Ş. (“Our Company”) as the data controller within the scope explained below.

1. Processed Personal Data
- Identity Information: Name, Surname, and T.R. Identity Number.
- Contact Information: Phone number, Address, and other contact details.
- Professional Experience: Diploma information, attended courses, certificates, transcript information.
- Physical Space Security: Entry-exit logs, camera recordings, etc.
- Visual and Auditory Records: Photographs, audio recordings, etc.
- Other Candidate Data: Reference information and evaluations.
2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- Planning, execution, and development of human resources operations and activities,
- Fulfillment of our obligations regarding occupational health and safety,
- Follow-up, planning, and execution of activities for the procurement of external services/consultancy,
- Confirming the candidate's suitability for the job and conducting necessary research,
- Evaluating your CV for future positions in case the recruitment process is unsuccessful.
3. Method and Legal Basis of Collection
Your personal data is collected via e-mail, our company website, third-party HR consultancy firms, or physical environments. The processing is based on the following legal grounds:
- Legal Obligation: Necessity for the fulfillment of the Company's legal obligations (Occupational Health and Safety).
- Legitimate Interest: Necessity for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided it does not harm the fundamental rights of the individual.
- Explicit Consent: Retention of your CV for evaluation for future openings.
4. Parties to Whom Personal Data May Be Transferred
Your personal data may be transferred to our domestic affiliates, suppliers, business partners, legally authorized public institutions, and authorized private persons in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of Law No. 6698.
5. Rights of the Data Subject (Art. 11 of Law No. 6698)
As a data subject, you have the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- To request information if processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
- To know the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- To request rectification of incomplete or inaccurate data,
- To request erasure or destruction of data under legal conditions,
- To object to results occurring exclusively through automated systems that are to your detriment.
