Clarification Text on the Processing of Candidate Employee Data (Health Data)

1. Purpose
This clarification text has been prepared in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") to provide information regarding the processing of health data belonging to candidate employees.
2. Processed Special Categories of Personal Data
Within the scope of KVKK, personal data considered "special categories" such as health status, disability status, or similar matters may be processed.
3. Purpose of Processing Personal Data
Your health data is processed for the purposes of fulfilling obligations arising from occupational health and safety legislation, taking necessary precautions in the workplace, and ensuring the possibility of intervention in emergency situations.
4. Legal Basis
Your health data, which are special categories of personal data, are processed based on your explicit consent pursuant to Art. 6/2 of the KVKK.
5. Data Transfer
In the event of an emergency and/or within the scope of legal obligations, your health data may be transferred to legally authorized public institutions (Ministry of Labour and Social Security, Ministry of Health, etc.) and/or legally authorized private persons (workplace physician, emergency health services, etc.).
6. Retention Period
Your health data is stored for the periods stipulated in the relevant legislation following the termination of the recruitment process, within the framework of legal obligations and company policies.
7. Your Rights (Art. 11 of KVKK)
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- To request information if it has been processed,
- To request the rectification of incomplete or inaccurate data,
- To request the erasure or destruction of data,
- The right to withdraw your consent at any time (not effective retroactively).
